Coaching is one of the greatest responsibilities in the world.  It serves dual roles, both a teacher and a mentor.  The number of lives impacted by our coaching in one season is more than most professions will have in their whole career.

Decisions on program design are based upon best practices according to developmental level, physiological capabilities, and risk vs. reward matrix on exercise selection.

Key Performance Indicators

The top priority should be to develop the complete athlete. Higher, faster, stronger is the Olympic motto. Everything in strength and conditioning should be centered around these three principles.  Improving speed comes from developing power. Power comes from usable strength. Being able to provide force in all ranges of motion are paramount to athletic success.
