Maximize Performance: Minimize Risk

Utilizing a four point system we are able focus on
key components of athletic development.

1. End Point Strength and Stability
2. Focused Eccentric Lifting Phase
3. Hypertrophy and Building Strength
4. Maximizing Rate of Force Development

Long-Term Athletic Development

Strength and speed take time to develop and requires a long term approach to successfully develop.

Speed:
Acceleration, Top End Speed, Change of Direction, and Deceleration are incorporated into every session.
Strength:
True strength development requires time and a multi-tiered approach. First, we must improve the neuro-muscular connection (CNS Adaptations).  Next, the focus should be on building muscular capacity (hypertrophy). Lastly, building the ability to call on that strength in transfer it into force production.

Sport Science

Program, test, adapt, program, test, adapt

In order to create a successful program, a strength and conditioning professional needs to identify what works and what doesn't. Regular testing and data collection is essential to making sure the program is heading down the right road. Effectively utilizing data and turning it into usable information is the challenge facing every program. It is important to have a system available that best informs the performance staff. This gave birth to a self-built athlete management database that provides crucial information on an athletes development and the health of the performance programming.
